THE WORKOUT:

10 sets of 10 reps | 1 minutes rest in-between
barbell squats

SUPERSET| 3 sets
20 barbell walking lunges
10 left, middle, right, middle jumping lunge complex

Superset | 2-3 sets
10 Bulgarian split squats
15 single leg bench crossovers
repeat on other leg (that’s one set)

7 exercises | using resistance band
45 seconds each | 15 second rest

in-n-out movement
hip ups
frog hip ups
single leg hip up
single leg hip up
squat hold
side to side squat

Just tried this workout for the second time today ..the first time I couldn't even finish and today I did but I was literally crawling after 😩😭😂 I had to rest for a good bit before I could even get up to leave the gym.   2. How do you feel about a machine like the Freemotion squat machine (which helps maintain good squat form) versus free standing squat with barbell? For engaging glutes and building a butt?

  3. See this is why I wish I didn't have such big boobs. I feel so uncomfortable doing any kind of jumping movement because my boobs are start bouncing and I swear I feel like everyone starts looking at me. The gym I go to is seriously the best gym around because I can bring my daughter and let her play in the playroom while I workout, but it is seriously 80% men at my gym && they all start staring when I start bouncing. lol I'm just so uncomfortable doing them. :/ Maybe I'll go in the playroom & do it where they can't see me .

  4. I know I'm getting stronger because I was able to do all the right lunge left lunge and squat super set but I gave out after the frog ups. Building booty building endurance and building strength, always great workouts! ❤️️

  5. WHIT! This is so random, but it's a true struggle for me, can you do a video on different ways to jump rope? I know it's a weird request but anytime I try to do fancy footwork when jumping I trip and get caught up in my rope and give up. 😭

  7. I love your leg workouts but sometimes i have to adjust them because I hereditarily have a terrrrribbllee lower back. So the benefit of squats and deadlifts just don't outweigh the risk i put myself in doing them. Can you do a video or a post for alternative exercises for deadlifts, squats, or any leg exercise that requires a bending at the waist? It may be a fun challenge for you to find some!

    I know you love your hippups, and they are amazing, so things along that line that toast your legs and bootayyy but also back friendly 🙂

  8. Girllll, I did this workout today and lemme tell ya, walking down the stairs was a complete struggle and my quads are literally on fire. I absolutely love watching your videos, you give me more workouts and more motivation to try different workouts instead of doing the same routine for leg day. I freaking love you and your leg/booty day workout are fantastic. BTW love the modifications, I'm not into using the squat rack but I tried it out today and it was lit. So thank you!!
